The Most Important Drink
Water, it would certainly be the most important drink for a fit and healthy lifestyle. Water has been bestowed as gift to human kind with overabundant uses.
I would suggest two rules, follow these rules like Gita and reap the maximum benefit of it.
- Drink at least 4 litre's or more of water every single day or a better measurement of you being hydrated is that your urine should be clear.
- Every Morning when you wake up drink at least 1 litre water.
Benefits of Staying Hydrated:
- Helps to lose weight by boosting metabolism.
- Healthy Skin
- It helps in getting rid from toxins in the body.
- It also reduces risk of cancer. Drinking 5 or more glass of water and reduce your risk of getting colon cancer.
- You will surely have a healthy heart as a hydrated heart is able to pump blood more easily, allowing the muscles in your body to work even better.
- It helps to prevent pain in joints.
- Helps in fighting infections.
Another fun fact is 100 g of water will give zero calories so don't shy away from drinking water.
Today I will be asking a very simple riddle.
