What is Fitness?


Fitness is a very broad term. Everyone have their own definitions, parameters and levels of fitness. It is like a box of assorted candy and each individual has his/her favourite candy. 

I would suggest that rather than coveting others physique, you formulate your own targets and work hard for those targets.

This being the first blog on this topic I'll be emphasizing on the approach to leading a fit and healthy life, as we proceed with the blogs I'll go into technicalities.

These are various amendments that I feel you should make in your life.

And another IMPORTANT THING
"Dieting does not mean eating less, it means eating of healthy and nutritious food in proper proportion."

  • No smoking, Avoid Drinking, Pass on Grass.

  • Working out, playing some sport or hitting the gym only affects 30%, another 60% depends on your diet and 10% contribution is of sleep.

  • Wake up early and workout that is best time as your body testosterone level is very high at that moment

  • Every morning when you wake up, first thing you should do is drink 1 litre of water. It increases your daily metabolism rate by 10%
  • Be patient, "Rome was not built in day."

  • Consume Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon, Almond,Banana and Pepper, in your Daily food it has a drastic effect on your metabolism and digestion.
  • MOST IMPORTANT STAY HYDRATED, at least drink 4 litres of water daily.

  • Do your exercise with dedication, regularity and lots of zeal..

Question of the Blog.
On the island of knights and knaves and spies, you are approached by three men. One wears blue, one wears red, and one wears green. You know that one is a knight, one is a knave, and one is a spy.
The man in blue says, "I am not a spy."
The man in red says, "I am a knave."
The man in green says, "If you asked me, I would say that the man in red is the spy."
