( Highly Subjective ). Summary: This self-help book is all about explaining the power of your subconscious mind through various examples, it also teaches how our conscious mind can harness that boundless power and infinite knowledge to live a life full of abundance, tranquility and positivity by enriching your mind, body and soul. Book Review #15 - The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

Good Day, The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger It is a story of a teenage boy who craves simply for companion, yet is hapless due to the complexity of his thinking which is engendered due to his angst against the superficiality of the society.   Summary: The whole story is narrated by 17 year old Holden Caulfield on the incidents which take place in his life when he was 16. It starts from him being suspended from Pency Prep in Pennsylvania as he is not applying himself in the studies and manages to flunk all the subjects except English. He leaves his hostel and plans to spend Christmas in New York City all by himself. Here he has a lot of distinct experiences ranging from fairly positive to disastrous. Will Holden be able to adjust himself in this world which is filled with superficiality and get rid of the feeling of alienation?
