Good Day Answer to last blog's riddle is NOTHING....... What is Fitness? Fitness is a very broad term. Everyone have their own definitions, parameters and levels of fitness. It is like a box of assorted candy and each individual has his/her favourite candy. I would suggest that rather than coveting others physique, you formulate your own targets and work hard for those targets. This being the first blog on this topic I'll be emphasizing on the approach to leading a fit and healthy life, as we proceed with the blogs I'll go into technicalities.
